  35. Minimum Requirements for PopMan 1.1 Beta:

  39. 2) An operational mouse with at least two mouse buttons.
  40. 3) The file "VBRUN300.DLL" in your
  41. Windows "...\SYSTEM" directory (where "..." is the path in which
  42. your Windows executable file resides), or in some subdirectory in
  43. your path.
